CRITICAL CRASH & VIRTUAL ECONOMY DISCLAIMER: All virtual balances, credits, points, Crash game multipliers, and bot wallet currencies accessible on kpr.lol or through our integrated Discord bot are STRICTLY VIRTUAL SIMULATION TOKENS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. They hold ZERO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrencies, and DO NOT constitute real-money gambling.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ARBITRATION NOTICE: BY USING KPR.LOL, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, AND KPR.LOL'S AGGREGATE TOTAL LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF $10.00 USD.

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and kpr.lol, including its operators, owners, developers, contributors, and affiliated services (collectively, "kpr.lol", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any aspect of our website (kpr.lol), subdomains, application programming interfaces (APIs), software applications, web dashboard, Discord bot, or related digital services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately terminate your use of all Services.

02. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent required in your country of residence, such as 16 in certain European jurisdictions) to register for, access, or use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Any use or access to our Services by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct material violation of these Terms. We reserve the absolute right to terminate any account immediately upon discovering it belongs to an ineligible individual.

03. Account Registration & Security

Certain features of kpr.lol require you to register an account using an authorized invite code or credentials. When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-infringing information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username, password, and session tokens) and for all actions that occur under your account.

You agree not to impersonate any individual, entity, or public figure without authorization, and not to register abusive, hateful, or misleading usernames. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or revoke any username at our sole discretion without notice or compensation.

04. Virtual Simulation Economy & Crash Game

kpr.lol provides interactive simulation features, including the web-based and Discord bot-based "Crash" game (/crash), virtual points, simulated currency balances, multipliers, and wallet systems. By participating in or accessing these features, you explicitly agree to the following conditions:

  • Entertainment Only: All virtual balances, credits, multiplier mechanics, and simulated bets are purely interactive entertainment features designed for leisure and amusement.
  • Zero Real Monetary Value: Virtual currency, points, and tokens possess ZERO cash, fiat, crypto, or real-world value under any circumstance. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real currency, physical items, gift cards, or external value.
  • NOT Real Money Gambling: The Services do NOT offer, facilitate, or conduct real-money gambling, sports betting, or games of chance for financial stakes. No real currency is accepted as a wager, and no real currency or monetary prizes can ever be won or distributed.
  • Losses, Latency & Disconnections: Internet latency, WebSocket disconnects, browser crashes, Discord API rate limits, database rollbacks, or scheduled server maintenance can impact game timing, cash-outs, or displayed multipliers. You acknowledge that simulated balances lost as a result of system latency, bugs, hardware issues, or server interruptions will not be restored, compensated, or refunded.

05. User Profiles & User-Generated Content (UGC)

kpr.lol enables users to publish personal bio profiles, customize display themes, write bio text, upload avatar images, embed audio tracks, add external hyperlinks, apply custom CSS, and interact via public profile comments.

Sole Responsibility: You are solely and exclusively liable for all content, text, links, code, images, audio, and media that you upload, link, display, or transmit through your profile. kpr.lol acts merely as a passive hosting conduit and does not actively endorse, verify, or assume liability for User-Generated Content.

You strictly agree that your content shall not contain:

  • Content that promotes illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, human trafficking, terrorism, or violent extremism;
  • Malicious software, phishing pages, credential stealers, drive-by downloads, or exploit scripts;
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) — which will result in immediate termination, blacklisting, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies;
  • Unauthorized personally identifiable information (doxxing), cyberstalking, non-consensual imagery, or violent harassment;
  • Infringing copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets without explicit authorization.

06. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown Policy

kpr.lol respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA") and international equivalents. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or displayed on a user's profile in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal takedown notice to our designated agent containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  2. Identification of the infringing URL or profile on kpr.lol (e.g. kpr.lol/username);
  3. Your contact information (legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address);
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices may be submitted via our support server or sent to: legal@kpr.lol. We promptly remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

07. Digital Goods & Strict No-Refund Policy

Certain digital perks, account upgrades, invite tokens, or store licenses (including integrations with platforms like SellAuth) may be made available for purchase. All purchases are for intangible digital licenses to access specific software features.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once digital goods, licenses, keys, or account perks are generated or delivered to your account, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for any reason, including account suspension, voluntary deletion, server downtime, or change of mind.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent reversal through your payment provider constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in the immediate, permanent ban of your account and associated IP addresses.

08. Prohibited Activities & System Integrity

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network, or breaching security or authentication measures;
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or subjecting the Services to Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or automated script spamming;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the backend APIs or proprietary features;
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended vulnerabilities to artificially inflate virtual balances or bypass invite systems;
  • Using automated scrapers, spiders, or crawlers without express prior written consent.

09. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

KPR.LOL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, FREE OF BUGS, ERRORS, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE TIMELY CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KPR.LOL, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM VIRTUAL BALANCES OR PROFILE INTERRUPTION.

IN ALL EVENTS, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF KPR.LOL FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KPR.LOL IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kpr.lol and its operators, owners, developers, and agents against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal and attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your access to or use of the Services;
  • Your User-Generated Content, profile links, custom CSS, audio, or comments;
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms or applicable law;
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

12. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

You and kpr.lol agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved on an individual basis.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND KPR.LOL EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the unconditional right, without notice, liability, or refund, to immediately terminate, suspend, restrict, or revoke your access to any part of our Services, or delete your account, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, and any virtual points, invite privileges, or profiles may be permanently wiped.
